Essential attributes:

• Previous experience working within Local Government
• Have previous experience using TRIM, Objective, Authority, Pathways, Merit, P&R, Tech1, Merit or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge and experience working with a technical / legislative driven environment.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders.
