We have a newly created role for Prevor - Business Support. This role is an essential part of the overall success of the exclusive to Amare Safety Prevor Chemical Burn/Spill solutions on offer to the Australian Market. You will be working closely with the Prevor Product Managers as well as the National Product Manager to assist in the day to day support jobs required to be completed for the success of this team.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Repond to email and phone enquiries relating to the Prevor product range.
- Assist the sales team/product managers with reporting & intelligence gathering to assist in identifying sales opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of Presentations, conferences and demonstrations to ensure successful presentation of the Prevor product range.
- Actioning all requests within the Renewal program to ensure customers have renewed their expired product or in the event they choose not to recording the details why as market research to see how we can improve on retention.
- Working closely with the Business Support Marketing team to plan and prepare a targeted marketing campaign under the guidance of the National Product Manager
- Other tasks assigned by the National Product Manager or General Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced person who has experience across a wide range of business support functions. What will make you stand out is:

- Exceptional Office 365 skills with particular focus on Excel and reporting
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment

- An eye for detail combined with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to management.
- Be tech savvy with the ability to learn various software programs quickly
- Be a team player who can work independently or as part of the greater team
- Provide high quality administrative services that enable our front-line staff and national branch network to function effectively
