Expressions of Interest: Offshore Vessel Administrator

Expression of Interest: Kuiper Australia is seeking applications from experienced Vessel Administrators for our exciting offshore oil and gas construction projects.    

Kuiper Group is a global provider of diverse, fully integrated human resources and recruitment solutions to the energy industry, with an exemplary track record in serving some of the world’s biggest projects and companies.  Kuiper Australia is providing crew for some of the largest offshore construction projects in Australia and is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced offshore Vessel Administratorsto join our team.

This is a demanding, challenging, and rewarding role. It is a FIFO role, living onboard a construction vessel, and is based on a 21 day on, 21 day off roster.  Our industry works 24/7, and rosters will involve both day and night shifts. 

The responsibilities will depend upon the specific requirements of our clien, their project and the vessel, but will include:

• Coordinate and maintain administrative management systems for Kuiper and our client.
• Register arriving and departing work crews, and assist with helicopter and boat transfer operations.
• Ensure Muster Lists are maintained.
• Assist with management of correspondence.
• Radio ops and use of communications systems. 
• Assist Crew, Supervisors and Office with all queries relating to pay, leave, timesheets, expense claims etc. 

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Relevant experience in a similar role in the offshore environment
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent personal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Current T/BOSIET
• Current GMDSS certification
• Valid Passport
• Ability to pass an offshore medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
