We have multiple leadership opportunities available in the Agency ICT Services Branch as APS6 End User Computing Administrators.The Agency ICT Services Branch is responsible for supporting all ICT systems and infrastructure excluding the primary business applications such as SAP CRM and Salesforce CRM. The branch provides and supports ICT services to Agency Staff and Partners. This includes the design, build, and maintenance of ICT applications, infrastructure, and hardware. The directorates and broad functions within the branch include ICT Support, ICT Service Reliability, Security Operations, End User Computing, Data Networks and Site Technologies, Platforms, Integration, and Data as well as the Service Management and Technology Services Offices.Where you can add valueThe APS6 End User Computing Administrator is responsible for managing ICT services, functions, and capabilities, ensuring timely and effective support is provided to end-users and the Agency. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of End User Computing (EUC) and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for End Users experiencing issues with End User Computing (EUC) and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services and applications with other business systems and processes.
• Working as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for complex technical issues related to End User Computing systems.
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues within agreed service level agreement timeframes.

While this role is ideally performed from ACT – Deakin, ACT - Canberra, NSW - Sydney, NT – Darwin, QLD – Brisbane, QLD – Robina, SA – Adelaide, TAS – Hobart, VIC – Geelong, VIC – Richmond and WA – Perth, remote working arrangements may be considered.
