Expressions of Interest

The Norseman Gold Project is wholly owned by Pantoro Ltd and is in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, at the southern end of the highly productive Norseman-Wiluna greenstone belt.  Pantoro has completed over 300,000 metres of RC and diamond drilling, defined Ore Reserves of over 970,000 ounces, completed construction of a new 1 MTPA gold processing plant and recommenced production.  The current Mineral Resource is 4.8 million ounces of gold. Historically, the Norseman Project areas have produced over 5.5 million ounces of gold since operations began in 1935, and is one of, if not the highest-grade fields within the Yilgarn Craton.

The Project

Pantoro has commenced the planning and execution phase of bringing its second underground operation online at the Scotia deposit located 35kms south of the companies 1Mtpa processing facility. In preparation for this exciting new phase of the company’s development of the project, we are seeking suitably experienced and performance driven people to register an expression of Interest to join our expanding technical team.  This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of the startup of a new underground operation that offers exposure and the opportunity to gain and consolidate experience, from project planning to the successful execution of an underground operation that will add significant value to the overall Norseman Gold project.

 Location

The Norseman Gold Project is an exciting project which includes a 1 million tonne per annum processing plant completed in September 2022 and development of multiple large open pits and underground mines. Mining activities have been established for well over a 12-month period providing on-target tonnes to the processing facility.  

Existing mine life is approaching 10 years. Ongoing organic growth is expected with drill rigs focused on ore reserve growth currently operating. 

About the Company

Pantoro is a growing Australian gold producer with established operations at the Norseman Gold Project providing ore development and stock for the new processing plant. The processing plant commenced commissioning in September 2022 and is currently achieving more than design nameplate.  Pantoro continues its evolution from junior to mid-tier gold producer - this is an exciting time to join our company.

Modern Camp

The project is serviced by a modern accommodation village situated within the Norseman township with full messing facilities and a new gym. Employees will also have access to the town facilities and services, providing the best of both worlds while on site.
