We are continuing to expand our audit portfolio and are on the lookout for a confident Junior, Intermediate or Senior Auditor to join our team in Birtinya.
Reporting directly to a Audit Manager, your primary responsibility will be to work on a broad range of audit assignments relating to a wide and varied group of clients including RSL clubs, sporting clubs, community groups, public companies and various other privately owned organisations.
Our philosophy with audit is to assist clients to constantly maintain and improve their internal control systems to complement the extent and nature of any audit service we provide. In doing so, it assists with the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process and provides the client with a level of assurance of accountability and record keeping and which assists with the effective running of the business/organisation.
The team is also comprised of an Audit Assistant so you may be involved in mentoring also (depending on your level of experience).

The Location
Based in Birtinya, we are across the street from Lake Kawana, which provides a perfect backdrop for a stroll or a lunch run while we set our calculators down. The beautiful waterside community of Birtinya is ideally positioned close to some of the Coast’s best beaches and features exciting shopping, dining, entertainment and recreational facilities. It is also home to the Sunshine Coast Health Precinct, which offers world-class hospitals and medical facilities.
What you will bring to the team:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce;
- Completed, commenced or willing to commence CPA/CA;
- Knowledge of auditing standards in Australia and other applicable legislation;
- Previous external auditing experience - we are open to level of skills;
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills is an absolute must;
- Ambition to succeed and be able to work autonomously with a great work ethic;
- Ideally you will have experience in Caseware however training can be provided.
