CNW Electrical is an Australian owned Electrical Wholesaler. Regarded as the leading independent, our people strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Our Branch in Balcatta has a new opening for an experienced Sales Representative to join their branch.
This is the perfect opportunity for a professional go-getter who enjoys being out on the road, bringing in new business and building strong customer relationships.
The requirements for this role include:
- Represents the CNW brand and values while promoting company products to existing and potential customers.
- Build and strengthen key customer relationships, identify opportunities for sales growth and value add to an existing customer base.
- Investigate, qualify and prioritise new business opportunities.
- Work to achieve agreed sales targets, generating business through face to face appointments, networking and other prospecting events.
- Build trusting relationships with customers through solutions based sales and after sales service where appropriate.
- Attend and participate in regular staff meetings, providing accurate reporting to management identifying sales activities, achievements and opportunities.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience in field sales, territory management and maintaining call plans within a wholesale or trade sales environment.
- Electrical knowledge or trade background.
- Well-developed organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience, promoting Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Data product ranges
- Experience building partnerships with key accounts, specifiers, and electrical contractors.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Current and valid Driver’s License.
