Civilmart have a unique opportunity available for a driven and passionate External Sales Representative, seeking a new challenge in a rapidly growing organisation! The Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customers based at our Western Australian Region. This position is suited to an individual with demonstrated experience working in the construction or civil infrastructure industry. To be successful in this role you will be results driven, sales hungry and continuously motivated to exceed your sales targets!
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. The Sales Representative will be on the road meeting with customers and visiting sites, with their home base located at our precast manufacturing facility in Kwinana Beach (WA). They will report to the WA Branch Manager and join our growing WA Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets.
- Generate new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Create and maintain customer pricing and margins.
- Identify, develop, and manage new areas of business growth.
- Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment.
- Provide quotations and complete sales orders.
- Liaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teams.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position within a Sales Team (essential).
- Previous experience working in the civil infrastructure, construction (highly desirable).
- Previous experience working with concrete products (highly desirable).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude.
- Display passion and drive to secure new customers.
- Love working in a vibrant and close-knit team.
- Enjoy turning complex customer situations into positive experiences.
