The Stephen Michael Foundation is named after Stephen Michael, the patron of our Foundation; the Foundation’s aim is to work in low-socio economic communities with high levels of at-risk or disengaged youth. The Stephen Michael Foundation was launched in March 2017 and today the Foundation works in the Metropolitan area, Gascoyne, Murchison, Southwest and Upper Great Southern, delivering a range of programs including, rising leaders, cultural connection program, nighthoops, and coaching and umpiring.
Your New Role
We are seeking a Program Coordinator for the Gascoyne Region.

You will play a hands-on role in the delivery of programs and events in your region. You will work alongside other employees and volunteers to deliver real opportunities to young people to grow and develop into healthy and strong adults.
Remuneration Package
Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver programs and events
- Track attendance and engagement of programs
- Promote programs and events
- Track program impact and outcomes for targeted participants
- Engage local stakeholders including local Police, youth service providers, sporting clubs, local schools and local community members
- Team Leader experience
- Experience with at-risk/disadvantaged young people
- Experience working with or in Aboriginal communities
- Experience in program delivery
- WA Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
