What this job involves:
We’re looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide Facilities Management support and coordination! Working on site with a leading engineering software client.
This is a part time role.
A snapshot of the role:
- Coordination of facilities management activities as delegated by centralised team and operational requirements.
- Monitor use of Corrigo to understand delivery of services, evaluation of tasks, invoicing, and submission of documentation, manage risk exposure related to delays.
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Support Team & Facilities Managers.
- Manage any escalations regarding contractor performance and missing/incomplete compliance documentation.
- Build and develop effective relationships with Facilities Managers, Contractors, and Suppliers.

- Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, active listening and problem solving skills
- Flexible in adapting to rapidly changing situations
- A team player who is able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
