What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to be the professional face of our client and deliver a seamless outstanding facilities coordination and customer experience. The Facilities Coordinator will provide administration support to the facilities team including the processing of all invoices in the JLL systems, as well as some coding in the client system.
An Overview of the role:
Log and manage all request related to base building
Assist Technical and SFM on all preventative Maintenance Review existing operations regularly
Contribute to and complete required reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Maintain and monitor Corrigo system, for vendor invoices and completion of work orders
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations.
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Act as an on-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises
24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required.

As a Facilities Coordinator you will be self-motivated and possess confidence enabling you to deal with high pressure situations. The ability to be a team player is essential! The role will test your cooperativeness and performance within a team environment to reach a common goal.
Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferable.
Good knowledge of MS office, preferred excel medium level
Strong communicator – good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills also an active listener
