Your New Role:
This global Property firm has been well established for over 100 years, operating in 60 different countries. They specialise in various real estate services and are continually growing in size due to their well established relationships with high end clientele. With over 50,000 operating employees, this firm has a commitment to their employees by putting Diversity and Inclusion at the forefront. They are now looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join one of their clients based in the heart of Sydney CBD on a 3 month basis.
Your Duties Include:
- Managing all contractors on site, ensuring all are inducted and completing works.
- Morning floor walks to ensure all facilities are up to standard.
- Responding to reactive work orders.
- Uphold friendly customer service with staff and contractors.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

About You:
- Experience in Concierge, Facilities Coordinator or any exposure to Facilities Management.
- Immediately available.
- High level of attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
- Ability to plan and organise effectively.
