About the Role
In this role, you will assist 2 directors with setting up a new office space, facilitate the office move, and organise the office layout.
Duties
- Immediately assist with setting up the office space.
- Facilitate and finalise the office move and coordinate logistics.
- Liaise with trade to organise necessary installations.
- Organise and manage office supplies.
- Sort out and arrange office furniture.
- Communicate with vendors.
- Be an all-round team assistant providing support to directors within the new office space.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar facilities or operations role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in improving processes.
- Experience coordinating with external suppliers.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills; able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of daily problem-solving support.
- Enthusiastic and energetic, committed to collaborating with key stakeholders.
