About the Opportunity
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in your career? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assets Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of professionals, delivering positive outcomes that directly benefit our community.
As the Assets Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative asset policies and plans. Play a crucial role in providing input into our Long-Term Financial Plan and Capital Works projects
- Lead our annual audits with precision and efficiency
- Deliver transformative asset system projects.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will champion continuous improvement in strategic asset management, providing valuable opportunities and support for your team and others across the organisation.
This role is a Permanent, full-time opportunity that provides competitive remuneration, with a total package starting at $125k and tailored to your experience. Mitchell Shire Council provide a hybrid model of working, and a monthly ADO to support work life balance.
About You
As the Assets Coordinator, you will bring your in-depth understanding of the principles of strategic asset management and financial asset management to our team. Your strong analytical skills and expertise in data systems will be crucial to your success. Knowledge of asset acquisition, construction, and asset lifecycles will be highly valued in this role.
