The Role
Facilities coordinator/management roles are challenging and rewarding roles, you’ll bring your skills and experience in facility management to support, coordinate and contribute to the operational management of buildings and facilities across diverse property portfolios.
These positions are across a range of departments, agencies and commercial clients.
- Support the delivery of facility management activities to meet safety and compliance responsibilities as well as to optimise occupancy
- Assess and ensure delivery of preventative maintenance activities, including but not limited to building services, conducting inspections and condition assessment reports
- Strategically manage a range of project outputs, including procurement and contracts, budgeting and reporting activities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of robust frameworks, policies and guidelines
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to identify opportunities, achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation
To be a successful Facilities Coordinator/Manager you will be self-motivated and have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. In addition, the following experience, education and/or qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Commercial Office Property Lease Administration
- Property Facilities Management experience and/or qualifications in a property related discipline
- Good understanding of financial framework and procurement policy
- Work positively and collaboratively, with a focus on customer service and maintaining open lines of communication
- Coordinate work, manage competing priorities and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills
$95k - $125k + Superannuation
