Ventia has an exciting opportunity for aFacilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will support the greater Facilities Management team to deliver technical solutions to improve business performance. The successful candidate can look forward to loads of industry exposure and exciting opportunities to learn about a range of diverse Federal Government entities!
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. The position offers $85,000 TFR.

Primary responsibilities:
- Identify improvements to processes enhancing performance in the areas of cost, quality, safety, and customer service.
- Work order and sub-contractor management
- Contribute to creating operational efficiencies to ensure cost effective service delivery.
- Promote alignment of Ventia properties core value system with the client’s organisational culture to ensure standards of professional conduct.
- Contribute to a culture of delivering exceptional customer, client, and shareholder value.
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
- Deliver excellent customer service focused technical solutions.
- Administrative support of the compliance dashboard action items
- Administrative support, minute taking, report drafting, document drafting.
- Aiding in adherence to the building inspection program and subcontractor performance
- Administering the enhancement of service quality and standards
Could you be our next Facilities Coordinator?
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have an Australian Passport valid for at least 6-12 months.
- Experience in the Facilities Management industry or Service Provider – exposure to property maintenance environment highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Working knowledge of WH&S and Facilities Management systems.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High level administrative and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and strong relationship building skills.
