We currently have an opportunity for a Facility Coordinator to join the team based out of our ACT Australian War Memorial site office. The main purpose of the role is to ensure timely coordination of all FM soft service activities, including some minor projects at Australian War Memorial in accordance with the contractual requirements and while ensuring the highest standard of safety and compliance are always met.

What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Promote and maintain a commitment to Zero Harm across all service lines
- Be the single escalation point for all service lines across all sites, interacting with all key stakeholders.
- Contract reporting coordination and present at periodic meetings in association with Contract Manager
- Manage the daily provision of preventative and reactive maintenance works across the facility under the contract via the delegation of work tasks to the appropriately skilled trades people or SDP.
- Manage the administration of maintenance works associated with the contract and ensure timely completion and update of all work orders into the relevant reporting systems.
- Undertake the timely and accurate invoicing via the relevant Spotless systems
- Ensure there are sufficient resources in place to successfully deliver the services at all sites in alignment with Contract requirements.
- Oversee the Quality management systems in place.
- Plan, program and scope any minor works projects at the facility with consultation with the client and any in house support resources.
- Manage projects so that they achieve the required KPI's in Safety, Delivery and Budget
What you'll bring
- Relevant soft services experience preferably in an industrial setting or critical environment
- Proven experience in Hard services
- Previous supervisory experience
- Prior experience in computer-based work scheduling systems
- Sound skill preparing and managing work planning and scheduling practices and procedures
- Proven ability to establish and maintain an effective customer relationship
- Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in the management of subcontractors
- Experience in the delivery of maintenance and property service-based contracts
