We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to work across and support the North West Region of the Benetas property portfolio with strong building and grounds maintenance experience.
A typical day will have you:
- Undertake and perform general ad hoc maintenance tasks across the building and grounds
- Maintain compliance with a daily task list, scheduled building and grounds maintenance program
- Coordinate contractors for relevant work
- Maintain a safe and attractive living environment for residents within set guidelines
- Ensure the facility is always presented to a high standard
- Provide ongoing backfill for maintenance personnel when taking leave
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in a broad range of maintenance skills and have knowledge of building, grounds maintenance
- Experience using computers along with electronic maintenance management program
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and have a commitment to its implementation
- Empathy towards the needs of the elderly
