We are on the hunt for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for undertaking site/plant maintenance at our Campbellfield site!
A normal day in the role of the Maintenance Supervisor includes:
- Supervising the daily maintenance operations and the maintenance team
- Managing the teams hours, ensuring appropriate coverage of staff for the hours of operation of the production facility
- Helping develop and maintain preventative maintenance, identify, solve and remedy breakdown issues
- Ensuring plant equipment operates with agreed tolerances of equipment breakdown levels
- Ensuring any new equipment changes comply to all OH&S and Quality requirements
- Identifying any equipment that is non conformant and bring to the attention of the Maintenance Manager
- Proactively organising resources to ensure continuing production
- Promoting a culture that shows strong attention to detail in documentation, GMP and OH&S practices
- Working closely with the operations team to communicate and provide maintenance records
- Contributing to project work as directed and agreed
- Ensuring equipment does not actively contribute to the production of inferior product quality

To be in the running for this role, you should have:
- Certificate 3 in Engineering – mechanical trade or equivalent
- Experience in a leading hand or supervisory role
- Demonstrated Maintenance/Mechanical Fitter experience
- Hands-on practical experience in a maintenance environment
- An open, curious and optimistic outlook; you’re a problem solver
- An entrepreneurial flair; always searching for what’s next’ and can lead with agility
- Open to learning and be exposed to different capabilities and experiences within the business
- Passionate about culture and self-motivated
- Food industry experience (advantageous)
