The role:
Working with our growing Plant, People and Logistics team you will manage and oversee people, processes and the maintenance & repairs of our large fleet of plant and equipment.
Your impact.
Providing pivotal leadership in this role will result in efficient outcomes and a productive maintenance operation.
Your every day:
- Providing reactive and preventative maintenance advise to the wider team
- Overall leadership of technicians and trade assistants
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and health & safety regulations while maintaining facilities to a high standard
- Monthly reporting and associated administrative tasks around work-in-progress
- Overall responsibility of a clean working environment, ensuring yard is kept to a high standard of cleanliness
Who are you?
- Current Victorian Drivers License
- Intermediate computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft Office
- Track record of scheduling maintenance of assets with successful outcomes
- Knowledge of relevant ISO quality systems
- Vast network of subcontractors & suppliers
- Proven experience working with earthmoving machinery and general civil construction plant
