An exciting opportunity exists for a full time energetic and motivated Facilities Maintenance role to work across and support the north-west region of the Benetas property portfolio. Previous building and grounds maintenance experience is essential.
As an experienced and passionate Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, your ‘typical day’ will have you:
- Undertake and perform general ad hoc maintenance tasks at facilities across the north-west region
- Maintain compliance with a daily task list, scheduled building and grounds maintenance programs
- Coordinate contractors for relevant works
- Maintain a safe and attractive living environment for residents within set guidelines
- Support the on-site maintenance personal to ensure the facilities are always presented to a high standard
- Provide ongoing backfill for maintenance personnel within the north-west region when they take leave
To thrive in this role you will have:
- Experience in a broad range of maintenance skills and have knowledge of building, grounds maintenance
- Experience using computers along with electronic maintenance management program
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and have a commitment to its implementation
- Empathy towards the needs of the elderly
