We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Venue Manager to oversee our establishment's daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
This role is a performance-based role. You must be a talented and motivated Manager who has a track record of achieving tangible results in your previous roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involvement in Service (this is a hands-on role is approx. 80% service & 20% admin)
- Maintain delivery of high-quality customer service and food & beverage products
- Manage issues
- Achieve financial targets in Hospitality setting
- Wage Costs
- COGS
- Sales Revenue Increases
- P&L Reporting
- Develop high-performing teams
- Hire, train, and manage staff

- Roster/Scheduling
- Oversee stock/inventory management
- Source appropriate supplier opportunities
- Maintain WH&S standards
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Oversee customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Strategy development & implementation
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase value of existing ones
- Collaborate with other department heads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Venue Management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle complaints and feedback
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse financial statements and budgets
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
