The Role
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for upholding the high service levels for the client's Premium Sydney CBD premises, with oversight of the Facilities Coordinator in their Melbourne office.
The Facilities Manager provides key day-to-day relationship management, and oversight of the FM team's service delivery to the highest standards.
You will be engaging with the C-Suite EA's to ensure services across hospitality services, room setups, F&B, Concierge and general workplace services and Facilities Maintenance responsibilities.
Do You Fit?
We are looking for an FM with demonstrated Corporate Tenancy and business services experience.
You will have a strong focus on service delivery and positive staff and visitor experiences for your client.
The opportunity will suit someone who is immediately available, or maybe looking to make a change in their level of responsibility up, or downwards.
On Offer
Initially there will be a 4-6 month contract on offer, with potential for a permanent position after the initial tenure.
Remuneration will be $100 - $120K Package including super.
