Your new roleWorking closely with the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for helping shape the organisation of the facilities team across a large scale site. The responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site
• Delegating and allocating work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved
• Assist with management of subcontractors
• Support Facilities manager on projects
• Ensure WHS policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be an Australian Citizen for this contract
• Prior experience in Property or facilities role (desirable)
• Ability to multi task and be efficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Contractor management and stakeholder engagement experience
• Current First Aid Certificate and ability to complete national police check
