Your Role Will Involve:
• Creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
• Striving to build a vibrant, energetic, and inclusive team culture.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including hands on cooking, food preparation, opening and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
• Lead and motivate a high performing team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and training to talent.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Implement training to ensure all staff members are properly trained in company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Managing inventory levels and placing orders.

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.
• Desirable – previous pizza industry practices.
• Cooking knowledge and experience.
• Critical thinking and creativity.
