Responsibilities:
- Update property portfolio maintenance and ongoing R&M tracking report alongside CMs at defined regular periods
- Manage and review existing operating contracts and initiate opportunities and retendering where appropriate, working closely with relevant CM’s.
- create and maintain a robust system to track and record warranty and maintenance schedules
- Maintain knowledge of all lessee obligations, pertaining to compliance, maintenance and replacement of equipment.
- Provide correspondence when required to tenants advising of any updates to major works or compliance requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related technical field
- Competitive salary circa $110-$130K package based on experience
