SalarySeeking an established Facility Manager to oversee day to day operations at this boutique residential aged care home. The facility offers a diverse and collaborative workplace culture.
In this role, you will be supported by a wonderful leadership team and will report directly to the CEO. You will be assisted by two Clinical Care Managers, Quality Manager, Education Manager and a dynamic team of Registered Nurses and Care Staff.
The home is currently fully accredited and is medium in size with a mixed care resident base. The facility has a dedicated 15 bed Memory Support Unit.

- RN with current AHPRA registration
- People/stakeholder management skills are essential
- At least 5 years nursing management experience essential
- Post grad qualifications in Leadership, Management or Aged Care desirable
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the accreditation standards and AN-ACC
