Key Responsibilities
- Manage a tidy residential portfolio in the picturesque Bayside area
- Utilize Mandarin proficiency for building lasting relationships with rental providers
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Get support from well-established Field Services, Inspection, and Administration team
- Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Clean Driver’s License, Police Check, and a reliable car
- Utilize your Mandarin Language skills and enjoy dynamic, varied PM role
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the team’s success
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and task management skills
- Up to $85,000 plus super
- WFH Flexibility – 1 day per week
