The Position:
As a Facility Manager this key role is about ensuring our residents receive high-quality person-centred care, while the home operates effectively and efficiently.
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the home. You will be a natural leader with the ability to maintain the crucial balance between service and clinical care, and operational and staffing needs
- You will understand the significant Aged Care reform agenda and commission recommendations and be passionate about leading, managing teams to achieve high standards
- Develop annual facility based budget, monitor and manage resources according to budget forecasts and variances

Key Information:
- This is a Monday-Friday full-time permanent position
- Small, fully accredited Home with less than 70 Beds
- Located in the Eastern Suburbs
- Salary up to $165,000 (depending on experience) + Super + Salary Packaging
- Strong Care Manager for Clinical Support
- You do not need to be clinical for this role
- Tertiary qualifications in a health or related discipline.
- Formal qualifications in Management or related discipline or comparable business experience.
- Demonstrable empathy with the elderly community and their families
- Proven financial, people and change management skills in an Aged Care residential facility
- Demonstrable strengths in continuous improvement and quality systems
- Demonstrated experience in the Accreditation process
