About you:
You will be a strong leader with extensive clinical expertise in aged care and management, and more importantly a passion for ensuring outstanding care is delivered to the residents within this facility. You know how to inspire your team and guide them to consistently deliver exceptional care.
Key information:
- Salary in the region of $137,500 – 157,500 + super + NFP salary packaging.
- Relocation allowance and temporary accommodation provided.
- Recently accredited 100+ bed nursing home.
- Oversee and be supported by a team of 2 Care Managers, Clinical Coordinator, Registered Nurses and a team of Carers.
Role requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration – a clinical background is essential.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills – 2/3 years of experience preferred so you can hit the ground running.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, optimizing staff schedules, maximizing occupancy, and deep understanding of AN-ACC, accreditation requirements, and aged care standards.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
