About The Role
This role is an operations / facility management role at Savasana, with all corresponding responsibilities and scope across all aspects of the brand. While being supported and led by the founder, you will contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture and carry out all duties in accordance with our values.
Managing; the day to day operations of the facility, internal and external stakeholders, client and team schedules, program development, you will require a strong background in policies, procedures and processes, attention to detail, strong time management skills and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be seasoned at problem solving and comfortable with prioritising and delegating.

Skills and Experience:
Relevant tertiary health qualification such as Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or Nursing; and experience in the AOD health and/or program sectors.
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency in Psychology or Nursing or professional membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers or Australian Counselling Organisation is desirable.
Extensive experience (10 + years) in the delivery of AOD health services in the primary health or mental health sectors, including leadership roles with service system oversight.
Experience in leadership roles that included a focus on risk assessment and management, implementation of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement processes, management of key performance indicators and high-level service coordination.
Experience building effective service delivery teams and networks, partnerships, and stakeholder relationships.
Experience developing high performance teams to meet Key Performance Measures.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyse data and produce high level internal reports.
Proven ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
Solid communication, teamwork and people skills, to ensure relationships are established and maintained with relevant staff to support high quality services and professional practice.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Desirable
Experience in previous Rehabilitation facilities and process requirements.
Other Requirements of the role:
Ability to work within a Private Residential REHAB setting.
Valid and current full Australian driver’s licence.
Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Working outside of ordinary hours may be required.
