This is an entry level position but we're open to the idea of a more experience worker, if your skills align with our requirements. You will be the all-star of our team, looking after our 3D printers, operating our CNC router, fulfilling orders, helping keen our workshops tidy and providing valuable assistance to our tradesmen.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Printing: Unloading our printers ensuring precision and quality.
- CNC Router: Operate our CNC router which is used to machine aluminium and marine matting.
- Order Picking and Packing: Fulfil customer orders promptly and accurately, maintaining our commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Housekeeping: Keep the workshop organised, clean and safe, contributing to a productive environment.
- Assisting Tradesmen: Support our tradesmen in various tasks, like installing marine matting, cutting materials, lifting and possibly welding.
Requirements:
- An interest in fishing is highly valued! We'd love to invest in anyone who is invested in our brand as much as we are.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- A mechanical mindset and a keen attitude to learn and grow with the business.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
- Previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous but not a necessity.
