About the role
We are currently seeking a Factory Hand/Process worker to join our Family based business in Salisbury Plain.
As part of our team, you'll help manufacture and build componentry for the Air Conditioning Industry. We are seeking someone that is motivated, driven to learn new skills and become an essential part of the team.
The role is casual full time Monday to Friday with some opportunity for overtime. Would suit school leaver
Your day-to-day
- Manufacture components according to order priority and being responsible for the standard and qualities produced.
- Operate saws, hand tools, spot welder, and warehouse tasks.
- Helping pack orders and stock as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout.
- Identity potential areas for improvement.
- Trustworthy and eager to work
- Honest and reliable
- Applicants must have rights to work in Australia
Successful applicants' requirement:
- Current driver's license
- Forklift license preferred.
- May not have experience in this field, however, is willing to learn and build upon their skills.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping out customers when needed.
