Form of workOne of our valued shopfitting clients is looking for a Factory Manager for their workshop on the Northside of Brisbane. They are a busy workshop specialising in retail, hospitality and office shop fitouts.
As a Factory Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 tradespeople & apprentices. We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role and has a background in joinery. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys working under pressure. This role will be best suited to someone who wants to grow and lead a team.
Requirements:
- Trade Qualification in Shopfitting or Joinery
- 3+ years in a managerial role
- CAD experience would be ideal but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience motivating and leading a team
