Form of workOur client is seeking Factory Workers for an immediate start. Initially, you will start off doing general process duties within the manufacturing team. However, if you demonstrate a mechanical aptitude, you could progress to other areas within the factory.
The candidate will be required to pick, pack, sort, inspect and separate our clients products whilst operating some machinery and be responsible for other general production duties.
The successful candidate will have -
- A drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle;
- Ability to perform manual handling up to 15 kgs;
- Great attention to detail and an eye for quality;
- Full working rights with no restrictions on hours.
Although not essential, preference will be given to candidates that have -
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- An understanding of Workplace Safety and Policies;
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously;
- Current LF high risk forklift licence;
- Experience operating machinery.
- 38 hour weeks;
- Shift work on offer with 30% loading on nights;
- Temp to permanent role;
- Good hourly rate on offer.
