- Permanent Part Time role 22.5 hours per week until the 30th June 2024. From 1st July 2024 ongoing hours will reduce to 15.2 hours per week.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Case Worker who is passionate about supporting children and families. You will use your experience to provide individualised support, as well as group psychosocial education. Working collaboratively with your team, clients, and other community stakeholders, to deliver high quality supports to improve positive parenting skills and improve relationships.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide case management supports to young people, individuals, and families.
- Facilitation of evidence based educational programs to address client needs.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other external services, government and community agencies and network with key local and specialist support services.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or other relevant field of study
- Extensive (2+ years) experience working with children and families in assessing child wellbeing and safety and increasing confidence in parenting skills.
- Demonstrated experience using high-level clinical and case management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement activities.
