We are looking for someone with at least 2 years general post-admission experience to join our experienced team.
You will have sound drafting experience, including drafting letters of advice, Initiating Applications, Affidavits, Court Orders and all associated Court documents. The successful applicant will work on a wide range of Family Law matters including property settlements, spouse and maintenance issues, parenting and children’s issues, and financial agreements.
As the successful candidate, you will be experienced in running your own Family Law files and providing excellent client service.
You will need to be a highly organised, confident and out-going person who has experience working within Family Law.
The successful candidate will have a varied and diverse practice, exhibiting a high level of commitment to client service, excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner, pleasant and professional outlook, attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, proven time recording skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and performance.
