An opportunity exists to join our growing Family Law team in Melbourne's CBD. The role will include but not limited to running files from start to finish, preparation of BFA's, guiding clients through divorce matters whether it be property or parenting or both, preparation for court process and mediations, dealing with Barristers and Mediators, drafting court documents, conferencing with other members of the Family Law team, and most of all, supporting the clients experiencing family break ups. Qualifications & experience
- It would be preferable for the applicant to have at least 3 or 4 years experience.
