Form of workMCW Lawyers is a varied and progressive practice and we have an exciting opportunity in our Family Law team.
We have an active Family Law, insolvency and commercial litigation practice, as well as personal injury and general litigation practice groups. We also provide a range of general legal services to our clients including debt recovery, conveyancing & property law, and wills & estates.
The applicant should be able to:
- Demonstrate an ability to work under instruction as part of a team;
- Have competent drafting skills;
- Hold a current practising certificate;
- Can implement practice development opportunities and marketing activities.
Selection Criteria
- Minimum 5 years post admission experience. Lawyers with more experience than this are also invited to apply.
- Demonstrate initiative, be able to work independently and have excellent organisational skills.
- Be a confident and empathetic communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Have pride in your work and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Be prepared to learn and further your career by undertaking ongoing training and engaging with experienced co-workers in a positive and collegiate environment.
