Family Lawyer | 5 Years + Pae

It is a highly regarded and sought-after specialist family law firm with stunning offices overlooking Hyde Park and the City.  The practice is well-established and has been enjoying great success.  Owing to the firm's reputation the firm has an excellent and consistent pipeline of work and it is complex, exciting family law matters.  The firm provides a diverse array of family services including; 

• Complex property matters 
• Complex financial disputes
• Parenting and children
• Negotiations and mediation 
• Divorce matters 
• Consent orders
• Wills and power of attorney.

• Genuine Senior Family Lawyer Position: $135,000 to $150,000 salary range (pending experience and suitability)

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years PAE + exclusively in Family Law accrued in reputable Family Law firms or practices based in the Sydney CBD
• Strengths in complex property disputes, parenting matters and spousal maintenance 
• Excellent interpersonal skills: comprehensive English communication skills (verbal and written), compassionate personality, and true professionalism.
