A unique opportunity within the Family Law space has presented itself for an experienced Family Lawyer with over 5 years PAE. This well-established firm within the Australian market is about to undertake an impressive 5 year growth plan that will see them open a number of offices across SEQ. The firm is looking for an experienced Family Lawyer to join their team and potentially one day run their own office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and domestic violence.
Your new role
Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish,Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, Draft legal documents and correspondence, Attend court and represent clients in hearings and mediations, Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of post-admission experience in the Family Law space, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Open to leadership positions in the future, A commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.What you'll get in return
