We are currently recruiting for Family Solicitors to work for my clients who are well established law firms with a first class reputation in Melbourne, Perth & Queensland.
Duties but not be limited to:
- Conduct client cases autonomously, but with collaboration with other lawyers and barristers as required, to obtain the best possible outcome for the client.
- Respond to clients, opposing parties/lawyers and other stakeholders in a timely, respectful and professional manner.
- Record time daily, with weekly time targets to be achieved.
- Settle and submit bills each two weeks.
- Bill and collect your target monthly collected amount to achieve the monthly collection target.
- Ensure sufficient funds are held in trust before starting work on client files.
- Leading and mentoring a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
- Handling family law cases with proficiency, providing expert advice and representation to clients.
- Drive business growth through exceptional client service and engagement.
- Conduct and oversee the training and professional development of team members.
- Ensure the highest standards of legal practice and compliance are maintained.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice law in Australia
- Minimum of 1 years ' experience in family law, with a proven track record
