We are working with a long established law firm in Liverpool, who are looking to expand head count in their superb Family Law Team.
The business are expanding due to having a high volume of work and are known for their excellence in the industry and their first rate client reputation.
The team are known for their sensitivity in the area of Family Law and their professional, empathetic approach.
The Role:
The position will encompass a range of Family Law specialisms including property management, family disputes, child custody and all aspects of family matters.
The day to day duties will include working with the senior Family Lawyer and alongside the litigation team from time to time and
helping clients achieve a positive outcome.but aren't limited to :
- The provision of legal services to the firm’s clients within the scope of the candidate’s
- professional responsibilities, qualification and expertise;
- Legal research and legal writing and corresponding with clients, prospective clients,
- other practitioners, counsel, courts, tribunals and other agencies;
- Attending court and other locations;
- Working with and assisting other staff and service providers of the firm when required ;
- Attending to new enquiries and leads for prospective clients as soon as possible;
- Maintaining a high standard of work and ensuring client satisfaction;
The ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who is going to enjoy the culture of working with a young, dynamic team in the Liverpool NSW area.
The branch offers a really great work environment and therefore someone who is genuinely enjoys working with people would thrive in this role.
- We are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years PAE
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent writing and comprehension skills
- A genuine interest in family law and litigation
- A genuine desire to forge a career as a successful Family Lawyer
- Team player mentality
