Genuine Legal is seeking a Family Lawyer with to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be motivated by a genuine desire to help clients and have demonstrated experience in family law matters.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Drafting court documents, consent orders and binding financial agreements
- Drafting correspondence
- Representing clients in Court (FCFCOA)
- Reviewing documents including disclosure and identifying issues
- Working alongside the team of paralegals and senior practitioners to manage cases and caseload to ensure effective service in a timely manner
Skills and experience
- Be admitted to practice as a solicitor
- Family Law experience
