The opportunity
An opportunity is now available for a Family Lawyer 5+PAE to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity.
You will have experience running all aspects of Family Law matters from the initial client contact to settlement.
The role will involve taking instructions, giving advice, liaising with leading Counsel, and preparing matters for filing and running in Court.
You will be supported by a reliable, efficient, and friendly team and receive mentoring from experienced senior staff.
Salary packaging options, a relocation package, and a profit share scheme will be considered for the right candidate.
You would manage:
- Parenting & children's matters
- Divorce & separation
- Property settlements
- Appearances in the Family & Federal Circuit Courts
- Instructing counsel in final hearings
- Mediation & conciliation conferences
- Wills & Estates experience is highly regarded
Requirements
- 5+ years PAE in family law
- An ability to manage matters effectively
- Strong negotiation skills
- Commitment to building relationships
