You will be part of a busy and fast-paced team, requiring adaptability and flexibility.This role will focus on the day to day management of the Marketing inbox, GMR and any future improvements or enhancements to communication between the marketing team and wider stakeholders across retail, sustainability, on farm excellence and milk supply.A great chance to fast track and develop your career pathway, you will also be responsible for:

• Responsible for the effective use of our Marketing team workflow management tool Monday.com
• Supports the Marketing Manager's and their teams in the development and implementation of Marketing strategy campaigns execution as required in order to allow them to focus on their core activities.
• The key contact for store marketing, supporting the retail stores and hubs in their local and regional marketing efforts and ensure regional marketing is aligned with Farm Source marketing and brand strategy.
• Provides Financial administration support and tracking including raising PO's, vendor charging, marketing rebates, budget tracker, forecast sheet. Liaising with Farm Source finance teams monthly reporting requirements

About you | Moe koeYou must be highly organised, proactive, bring second-to-none communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with people from all parts of the industry. You will need to be resilient, able to negotiate tricky situations and stakeholders, and have excellent attention to detail. Naturally curious and passionate about the agriculture space, your customer focused approach and ability to build rapport quickly will help you succeed in this rewarding role.Other key requirements include:A Tertiary qualification in Marketing is desirable.
1-2 years previous experience in a marketing execution role is essential.
Rural experience or retail marketing experience desirable
Strong experience working with external and internal customers.
Strength in budget and cost centre support
