No matter your age or stage, our inclusive culture has created a place where everyone can thrive.About the opportunity | Te whai waahiThis is a 9 month Fixed Term ContractAs the Marketing Lead - Rewards and Services, you will spearhead all Rewards and Services Marketing strategy and associated execution of marcomms campaigns and promotional activity. You will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager - Retail to ensure all Rewards and Services marketing communications and promotional activity effectively and impactfully communicates our key messages, tells our story and reinforces our full Farm Source value proposition.Key responsibilities will include:

• Market our Rewards and Services propositions across Farm Source retail effectively to deliver agreed campaign new customer acquisition/customer retention, sales spend and EBIT growth targets.
• Work collaboratively with the various Farm Source teams including but not limited to: Category, Events, marketing, and our agency partners to ensure that our Rewards ad Services marketing communications are brought to life through digital/print media, retail execution, online ads, events and more.
• Establish and utilise effective farmer insights to help drive our Rewards and Services activities.
• Track and manage the Rewards and Services marketing performance and budget with a tight focus on cost control, vendor contributions and ultimately revenue and new customer acquisition.
• Play a role as a key member of the Retail Marketing team, to ensuring alignment and integration of Farm Source Rewards and Services offerings as a coordinated and balanced component of our value proposition to our farmers.

About you | Moe koeYou must be highly organised, proactive, bring second-to-none communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with people from all parts of the industry. You will need to be resilient, able to negotiate tricky situations and stakeholders, and have excellent attention to detail. Naturally curious and passionate about the agriculture space, your customer focused approach and ability to build rapport quickly will help you succeed in this rewarding role.Other key requirements include:

• 3 plus years proven experience in Marketing lead roles within a retail environment (ideally loyalty and or services marketing)
• Proven experience of strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Strong strategic agility to effectively assess and implement marketing strategies aligned to wider business goals.
• Experience investigating customer insights and marketing performance.
• Strong relationship management skills - including ability to lead through influence and through gaining support and buy-in from peers and stakeholders.
