About the role:Reporting to upper Managerment we are searching for someone with a lively, vibrant and bubbly personality who will drive sales and motivate the team of upto 15 with their passion and drive for fashion.We want an outgoing and customer focused Store Manager to take control and confidentiality run a Tuesday -Saturday roster.
Skills and experience:- Overseeing state financials, including sales, wages, and shrinkage targets, while communicating budgets and motivating staff.
- Improving stock consolidations and proposing promotions based on a deep understanding of the regional customer base.
- Managing administration, stock, and reserve stock, implementing loss prevention measures, and overseeing state-wide administrative tasks.
- Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures, conducting performance counselling as needed.
- Collaborating with the visual merchandising (VM) team to maintain high standards and maximize sales potential.
- Fostering and sustaining harmonious working relationships within the boutique.
