AddressWe are seeking a diligent and experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio comprising 85 properties, primarily situated in Brisbane South Side. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, collaborating closely with another Property Manager. This role offers the opportunity for remote work, with flexibility for up to 2 days per week from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- 85 Properties within portfolio
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Utilise Property Tree CRM to maintain accurate records, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including tenancy agreements and rental regulations
- Conduct thorough entry and exit inspections, providing detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the outsourcing of routine inspections and reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- 1 - 2 years experience in a Property Management role
- Proficient in the use of Property Tree CRM or similar property management software
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse investors
- Competitive salary package up to $80K + Super
- Flexible work-from-home arrangement, with up to 2 days per week remote work
- Work alongside one other Property Manager
- Outsourced routine officer, therefore no routine inspections
- Manage a predominantly South Side portfolio with minimal travel required, approximately 90% of properties located in Salisbury and 10% in surrounding suburbs
