Key duties and responsibilities:
- Organising repairs and maintenance throughout the portfolio.
- Regular property inspections across the portfolio.
- Managing contractors, daily maintenance issues and following up.
- Raising and issuing of Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Maintaining and managing all Service Contracts.
- Reviewing service contracts where necessary.
- Update and maintain the company's facility process documents, registers and systems
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and tenants.
- After-Hours Calls.
- Make recommendations on remedial works to reduce risk.
- Assist property Manager and Financial Controller with budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Ensure all contractors satisfy the insurance requirements as required under the company's Public Liability Policy.
- Back up support for the Property Manager as needed.
- Other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar commercial property role;
- Working knowledge of current legal and regulatory requirements;
- Experience in Office 365 (incl Outlook) and Property Management software;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Proven time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional manner;
- Current Drivers licence (essential).
